1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing PalantiriSecurity.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PalantiriSecurity.com provides AI-powered security monitoring through seven specialized agents (the "Seven Stones"). The service analyzes security telemetry you provide to detect threats, anomalies, and compliance gaps.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to attack, compromise, or test systems you do not own or have authorization to test
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the agents
Share your account with unauthorized users
Upload malware or malicious content to the platform
Use the service to violate any applicable law

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all security telemetry and data you connect to the platform. We claim no ownership of your logs, alerts, or security data. We process it solely to deliver the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include SLA-backed uptime commitments as specified in your contract.

7. Pricing and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

PalantiriSecurity.com is a monitoring and detection tool. We do not guarantee prevention of all security incidents. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
